Kaizen means good change. Kaizen Surveys is a survey application for individuals and small groups optimally designed for asking a series of questions repeatedly over time.

Ideally suited for tracking changes or learning new material.

Survey types specific for:
Tracking - Surveys used for tracking changes over time (default type).
Learning Survey - Survey specifically designed for learning material over time (Often using the Flashcard question type).
Sharing Survey - Share survey with others (this version requires use of Google Drive for sharing).

VISUALIZE Survey results can be visualized through maps, line, bar, and pie charts.
SHARE: Export your surveys to Evernote, Google Spreadsheets, Google Drive. Sharing surveys allow multiple responders (Google Drive only).
CREATE: Create your own surveys directly from within the app or import from text files (markdown format).
EDIT: Edit your existing surveys directly in the app.
